"How to Create Lasting Impact Leading 'Caregiver & Me' Classes With a High Quality, Evidence-Based, "Plug & Play" Program That'll Have Families Coming Back Again & Again"
Supplement Your Teaching or Therapist Income by Leading "Caregiver & Me" Classes That Every Infant/Toddler Family Can Access - Even If You've Never Led Parent Education Offerings
🤚🏽
You have a professional/educational background in a field related to early child development (e.g., speech-language pathology, early childhood education, social work, occupational therapy, special education, etc.)
🤚🏾
You want to empower families to support and connect with their young children, and you want to build access to education for ALL families by facilitating a message through play, inclusivity, respect, and connection
🤚🏼
You have a strong desire to bring a message of simplicity, support, and resiliency to families: that we already have everything we need to do the big job of parenting tiny humans
🤚🏿
You want to combat the message the baby industry sends families (that they need to buy more and be more)...
🤚🏻
You got into this work to spend your time connecting with caregivers and children, not to fit round pegs into square holes with schedules, red tape, & all the expectations that come with working within larger institutions.
🤚🏾
You want to support your community with a powerful curriculum! You're looking for the guidance and structure you need so that you can serve families... but you don't want to reinvent the wheel!
🔑 ... considered working as a parent educator to lay the foundation for families about play and early learning
📈 ... wanted to help parents learn to let their infants and toddlers explore, experiment, fail, and persist
🔎 ... had the desire to combat pushback from caregivers who are afraid to let their kids really explore, because they don't want things to get messy - figuratively or literally
🚼 ... hoped to encourage and help parents understand their young children and the stages they go through
💸... And wanted to get PAID to do it
Promoting parent education about play and development
Facilitating opportunities for early parent and caregiver support
Establishing yourself as a resource and leader in your local community
Earning an income (to diversify your current offerings and practice, to supplement your maternity/paternity leave)
Creating a steady stream of clients for your other services
💡 We take the approach that families don't need to invest in fancy toys or prepare ornate activities to support their young child's development
👥 Instead, you'll learn how to encourage them to connect with their infants and toddlers through stimulation and interaction
📦 And you'll be able to do that using things laying around the home, such as snack containers and old boxes
As someone who's written two bestselling books on early development & the host of a popular podcast that helps families build the confidence to raise great humans from day one - without having to buy a single toy...
I founded the Learn With Less® Facilitator Training & Certification so that many more practitioners could get out there and do this very important work.
I'm excited for you to be able to share the Learn With Less® curriculum with your own local community. Creating opportunities for like-minded educators and therapists who want to financially support themselves in new ways (by making a deeper social and human impact in their communities) is a dream I've had since the inception of my company.

The four pillars of the Learn With Less® Curriculum: PLAY, TALK, SING, MOVE
⚙️ ... help parents see that they can use what they have - instead of listening to the baby industry trying to convince them their children need special toys to develop...
🛠 ... discover how to convey to parents that THEY are the agents of change in their household - even if they consider you to be the all-knowing being that is there to "fix" or "educate" their child...
🤜🏽 ... guide and support caregivers AND their babies and toddlers (of all developmental levels) through developmentally enriching classes...
👀 👣 Then come take part in a new way to help families support and connect with their infants and toddlers - while supporting yourself
"My entire team of SLPs were incredibly impressed by the thoughtful work Ayelet put into each [lesson of the] Learn with Less® Curriculum. She couples in-depth, very age specific research with a fun framework for children to absorb language."
- Gina Pascual, MSW, Senior Program Design Associate, The Primary School
"I had done a lot of research over the past few years on different types of parent and me classes. This program really incorporates all the approaches that speak to me, without being 'a parenting philosophy.'
I'm not strict on any approach, it's what works for their child, for my child. But when it comes to the interactions you have, you really don't need any stuff, it's about the quality of your interactions. That's why this program really spoke to me."
- Lesley Mayson, M.A., Learn With Less® Licensed Facilitator, Little Chickadees Nurturing Center
"Learn With Less® harnesses the power of play, music, movement, and language, and uses what you have to empower families' confidence in their ability to connect with their children."
- Rebecca A. Weiner, M.Ed., Educational Consultant, Learn Play Grow
Ayelet Marinovich, M.A., CCC-SLP
Founder of Learn With Less® and Strength In Words LLC
I'm Ayelet Marinovich, M.A., CCC-SLP. I'm an imperfect mother of two tiny dragons humans, a pediatric speech-language pathologist, and a parent educator.
I was 10 weeks pregnant with my first baby when my partner and I moved across the world.
Surrounded by new people, customs, systems, & struck by the newness of the journey toward parenthood, I was focused on creating connections.
Learn With Less® was created out of my desire to combine my own developmental knowledge, that of my friends & colleagues in early learning, a ton of developmental research, and information & experiences I was integrating as a mother along the way.
I was able to lay the foundation for families all around me about play and early learning, I got to encourage and help parents understand their young children and the stages they go through, & I learned how to distill information that was pertinent to me and to the other caregivers around me - all while helping my own family financially.

This is a great opportunity for any therapist, or educator with a professional or educational background in a field related to early child development.
You must believe in the value of anti-racist and anti-bias work, and (continuously) strive to uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in your work with families, and be open to examining the roles your various identities play in your own lived experience of the world.
Learn With Less® Facilitators must want to empower families with young children, and want to build access to education for all families, by facilitating a message through play and connection.
You must have an entrepreneurial spirit! You’re looking for the guidance and structure you need so that you can build what you know people want… but you don’t want to reinvent the wheel!
If you don't have a professional or educational background in a field related or adjacent to early child development, this program is not for you.
We are committed to the practice of holding safe space for our licensees, as well as for the families we serve. If you are not comfortable being part of a program that priorities the movement for Black lives, then this is not the program for you.
If you do not have a strong desire to bring a message of simplicity, support, and resiliency to families (that we already have everything we need to do the big job of parenting tiny humans), this program is not for you.
You want to succeed... but you're not willing to do any of the hard work (mindset, putting yourself out there, building marketing systems) to get there. If you're not ready to get your hands dirty, nobody's going to do it for you!
“This is a really interesting time to shift into new professional endeavors, and I'm starting to engage with my community in a different way than before.
I’m becoming more connected with local establishments (businesses, grant funding opportunities, organizing spaces to meet), flexing new muscles for professional development and networking, and I have the Learn With Less Facilitator Community to grow with!"
- Allie Glazer, M.S., CCC-SLP, Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, Licensed Learn With Less® Facilitator
"Working as an infant/toddler teacher in center-based classrooms for over 10 years has been both rewarding and inhumanizing at the same time. I know my worth and the value of my work.
Being able to take my years of education and experience in another direction is life changing.
I can take my child development knowledge beyond the classroom and be confident about it!”
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me reach another level in my career. <3"
- Lesley Mayson, M.A., Owner of Wonder Play Lab, Licensed Learn With Less® Facilitator
“I like the guidance of the program: it’s evidence-based, you have everything laid out… it’s like, let’s go! Let’s do it! I just wanted something that works, that I can offer to my families that is of value.
I fundamentally feel parents need to be supported at home. As a parent, you just want to feel like you’re doing something right, & you don’t want to be inundated with a bunch of stuff. This program really spoke to me because I can establish myself as a resource for them."
- Ronesha Roberson, M.S., CF-SLP, Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, Former Teacher, Parent; Licensed Learn With Less® Facilitator
